Ok, now that I've got that out of the way, I'd like you to tell you a story.  Its a story about a Magic Pink Pony and how it managed to piss off a bunch of stuffy people and poke fun at artists who kept rendering nude (or half nude) women in temples with helmets and such just because it was popular.  So sit back, relax, and enjoy the story (and the subsequent fireworks that ensued!)

"Pwetty Widdle Daisey-waiseys"
Legume was protesting.  The mean admins kept taking down his controversial art so he decided to make some sickly-sweet pictures in protest.

 "Magic Pink Pony"
Here is the image that started the controversy that would eventually shut down an entire Forum.  The people of C&D (Complaint and Debate) decided to vote this image into the top 20 images in the Poser Art Gallery for fun.  Once it hit #1, the sparks really started to fly with the people who were used to being #1.

"Time for Fun!"
More cutesy fun.  To really appreciate this series, you have to understand the art Legume usually posts.  A Hitler diet Pepsi ad. Dale Ernhardt with Timothy McVeigh and Jesus all as buddies.  A man biting the head off a Chihuahua.  Reactionary art to say the least.

Now the traditional Top 20 artists are starting to fight back.  How could all these poorly made children's pics be flooding this HOT 20 list?  It must be cheating...

My personal favorite.  Mr. Fluffers, the bunny who would eventually outshine the Pony himself!

You just knew the Magic Pink Pony wouldn't stay sad for long.  Legume is just having too much fun stirring it up.  The marketing genius of Legume is evident in his T-Shirt sales announcement.

"Mr.Fluffer's Grand Adventure"
Mr. Fluffers in an ATV.  Classic!  Notice how the incredible detail of the trees, flowers, birds, rainbow and balloons contrasts with the plainness of Mr. Fluffers himself.

Princess Sunshine makes an encore appearance.

Together for the first time. The pony and the rabbit.  Sure to be a classic!

There's nothing more touching than Brothers showing their affection for each other.  Sniffle!  Give me a minute.  I'm Verclempt!

Mr. Fluffers returns in style.

With some of the humorless artists getting really tired of the series, they begin an effort to get really nasty.  This is Legume's response.

Like all popular sitcoms that stay around too long, the Golden pony marked the end of MPP freshness.

"The Art of Dr.Legume: a retrospective"
This one takes an explanation.  Legume originally posted a pick of Mr. Fluffers flying towards the World Trade Center Towers.  While the text indicated he never hit the towers, it was deemed inflammatory and immediately removed.  This is what people saw when they tried to view it.
